Owner Jean-André Charial has placed all his trust in three-starred chef Glenn Viel at the L’Oustau de Baumanière restaurant, creating a creative, gourmet cuisine built around the produce and respecting the traditions inherited from Mr Thuilier, the founder of the Oustau in 1945.
The 2nd Baumanière restaurant, La Cabro d’Or, with its chef Michel Hulin, offers refined Provençal cuisine.
A chocolate factory has also been created, where delicious and subtle gourmet creations are made.
