The owner Jean-André Charial has placed his trust in the three-starred chef Glenn Viel at the restaurant L’Oustau de Baumanière by signing a creative and gourmet cuisine, built around the product while respecting a tradition inherited from Mr Thuilier, founder of the Oustau in 1945.
Discover the second table of Baumanière: La Cabro d’Or and its chef Michel Hulin offers refined Provencal cuisine.
A chocolate factory has also been created where delicious and subtle gourmet creations are made.
