Located at the foot of the famous Château des Baux-de-Provence, Mas Sainte Berthe extends over 40 hectares of vines: classified as a protected designation of origin area, AOP les Baux de Provence, the estate produces red wines, rosés and whites. Ten grape varieties constituting the grape varieties. Grenache noir, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre and Cinsault participate in the blending of red wines and rosé wines. Grenache blanc, Ugni Blanc, Rolle, Sauvignon and Roussanne participate in that of white wines.
– 10 hectares of olive trees composed of 5 local varieties complete the cultivation of the Vine:
* Salonenques, Aglandau, Grossane and Verdale from which AOP olive oil from the Vallée des Baux de Provence and Mas tapenade are produced.
* Pitcholine for green olives to simply enjoy.
Directly at the property, you can discover or find all their wines and olive products as well as a selection of good regional products. For 35 years, Mas Sainte Berthe has been committed to sustainable agriculture that is increasingly respectful of the environment, auxiliary wildlife and the consumer. It is with passion, requirement and will that Olivier Rolland decided in 2020 to switch to organic farming. The estate has been certified since August 1, 2023. A new page in its history is opening…
