You can take one of the 2 bus routes that serve the area.

Line 702 runs from Arles to Salon de Provence via Maussane-les-Alpilles. Click HERE for timetables. It works all around the year.

Line 707 (summer) links Maussane-les-Alpilles to Baux de Provence, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Avignon. It only works in July in August.
