Your Office of Tourism is category I.

OUR COMMITMENTS :

To provide an easily accessible reception and information area with seating furniture.

To make it easier for you to do what you need to do.

Inform you about the local tourist offer.

Display and publicise its opening times. Be open at least 240 days a year, including Saturdays and Sundays during tourist or event periods.

Offer you free Wi-Fi access.

Answer your letters all year round. – Provide a permanent reception service staffed by people who speak at least two foreign languages.

Provide tourist maps, plans and guides in hard copy.

Provide you with access to its dedicated trilingual website, adapted for consultation via on-board media.

Distribute tourist information in paper form, translated into at least two foreign languages, on: all classified tourist accommodation, including at least the name of the establishment, postal address, e-mail address, website address, telephone number and classification level; cultural, natural or leisure monuments and tourist sites, which may include information on prices, opening times and periods, website, telephone number and postal address; events and activities; – emergency telephone numbers.

Update its tourist information annually.

Display outside the building the telephone numbers for emergency services.

Present the full range of qualified accommodation in your area for all types of clientele.

Give you access to availability information for classified accommodation.

Handle your complaints and measure your satisfaction.

Offer a tourist information service incorporating new information and communication technologies (social networks, mobile telephony, geolocation, etc.).

Comply with the requirements of the Tourism Quality mark.

Guarantee the reliability and timeliness of information on the local tourist offer.

The Tourist Office has been awarded the Tourism & Handicap label :

A parking space reserved for people with reduced mobility and an accessibility ramp.

The reception desk is equipped with a low-level adapted bank.

Brochures are labelled with pictograms for easy visual and mental identification.

An audio-magnetic loop is available and staff are trained in its use.

The public accessibility register for the Tourist Office and Campsite is available at reception and is very comprehensive.

The Tourist Office does not have any toilets available to the public, but two toilets with PRM access are available nearby.

Your Office of Tourism gets a new challenge :  obtaining label  “QUALITE TOURISME™” .
This process aims to record our quality of service to the public and to our parteners, to strengthen our image with our service providers and to increase the touristic frequentation and consumption in the area.

What does label “QUALITE TOURISME” mean ?

Label “QUALITE TOURISME™” was created by the ministry in charge of french tourism. First of all it is a commitment. This label certifies the constant procedures pursued by Offices of Tourism to improve their quality of services. Every 5 years a quality audit is processed.
