In an authentic Provencal setting, the Cooperative Oil Mill of Mouriès welcomes you to discover its olive oil production made with ancestral and modern methods. Through their different facilities you will enjoy to follow all the steps of the manufacturing process and taste the oils “AOP Vallée des Baux de Provence” in front of the old 17th century press of the Mill.

Free guided tours:

Tuesdays at 10.30 am and Fridays at 3.30 pm in July and August.

The shop under its 16th century stone vaults welcomes you every day for a tasting AOP Vallée des Baux de Provence olive oil. You will also find a wide choice of regional products as Tapenades, Camargue salt, honey, etc…

Opening hours:

Summer: from Monday to Friday from 9 am till 12:30 am and from 2 pm till 7 pm – Saturday from 9 am till 12:30 am and from 3 pm till 7 pm and on Sundays from 3 pm till 7 pm.

Winter: from Monday to Saturday from 9 am till 12 am and from 2 pm till 6 pm and Sunday from 2 pm till 6 pm
