With deep respect for the landscape, nestled in the heart of the Vallée des Baux de Provence under the protective gaze of the château, the CastelaS family mill extracts olive oils with intense aromas.

Fruity green, old-fashioned or aromatic olive oils, table olives and tapenades are all part of a typical taste escape with the air of a Van Gogh painting.

The CastelaS mill invites you to immerse yourself in the world of olive growing, with a visit to its mill to learn how olive oil is made in the Vallée des Baux de Provence.

TASTING

In summer, olive oil tasting takes place in the garden under the shade of the arbour for a Provencal experience.

SELF-GUIDED TOUR

Plunge into the heart of the olive grower’s craft and stroll through the mill’s olive orchard. An educational trail punctuated by 12 audio points is available to listen to on your smartphone. Each of the 12 points retraces one month of the year and what happens in the olive groves at that time.

The Moulin shop is open all year except the 25th of December and the 1st of January
