Domaine d’Eole – The soul of the Alpilles in a bottle

Born in 1993 from a bold dream, Domaine d’Eole embodies the meeting of passion, terroir and respect for nature. Nestled in the heart of the Alpilles, this vineyard takes full advantage of the Provençal sun and the mistral wind, which give its wines their unique identity.

From the outset, the choice to go organic was an obvious one. Preserving biodiversity, respecting the soil and cultivating with conscience: these are the founding values that still guide the work today.

Today, 36 hectares of vines flourish around emblematic Mediterranean grape varieties — Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Rolle, Roussanne, Counoise, Mourvèdre, and many others — to produce authentic, vibrant and elegant wines.

The estate’s quest for excellence is based on demanding choices:

-Manual harvesting at perfect maturity

-Limited yields to prioritise quality

-Minimalist vinification to let the fruit speak for itself

Each of these small details helps to create expressive, refined wines that sincerely convey the beauty of the region.
