It is in the heart of the Alpilles in Maussane en Provence, land of the olive tree, that the Mas Saint Roman and all the traditional know-how of the GONFOND Olive Cassée is located.
Raymond GONFOND, a passionate olive grower and a very committed member of the Interprofession Oléicole, has managed to combine the latest national and European regulations for table olives with his traditional know-how.
The olives come from their orchards and are prepared directly on site at Mas Saint Roman.
Produced in the traditional way, their products are the result of long and meticulous work in order to offer a range of olives and olive oil with the flavours of the past.
By making their products in a traditional way, they emphasise the quality of their orchards and the land to make you discover all the flavours of yesteryear of typically Provencal products.
