Maussane les Alpilles has 2000 ha of olive groves and 2 oil mills”.  With a yearly production of 400 000 litres, Maussane les Alpilles is the 1st producer of AOP olive oil in France.

Our olive oil is obtained with 5 typical kinds of Vallée des Baux olives : Salonenque, Aglandau, Grossane, Verdale et Picholine.

Discovering olive oil, it’s first and foremost knowing where it comes from, getting a feel for the “terroir” that gives it its unique character, and also taking the time to get to know the people who make it.
