The ‘Cheval Etape’ label identifies establishments that welcome horses for a stopover of one night or more, regardless of the reason for the stop: trekking, competition, long-distance transport, etc.
These establishments are always located near accommodation (gîtes, campsites, hotels, guesthouses, etc.) and restaurants, within a 3 km radius of the horse accommodation.
