Located at the foot of Les Baux de Provence and a few minutes’ walk from the village square, Le Val Baussenc is a charming hotel and restaurant housed in an authentic Provençal farmhouse surrounded by olive trees. The whole team will be delighted to welcome you for an aperitif with friends by the pool, dinner in the garden, or a salad lunch in the shade of the pergola in summer.

Come and enjoy homemade cocktails, local wines, aperitif platters to share, and our chef’s Provençal dishes and homemade desserts.

In July and August, brazier evenings in the garden, by reservation. Homemade dishes, seasonal produce, local products.
