The Ou Ravi Prouvencau restaurant offers you authentic Provencal cuisine in Maussane-les-Alpilles.  In the garden or in the rustic room with its old bread oven, come and discover the taste of the old fashioned cooking such as :

Beef stew, “pieds paquets”, pistou soup, “barigoule” artichokes , rabbit sauteed with thyme and garlic or even ham on the bone roasted in the old oven.

An artisanal cuisine essentially made from fresh seasonal products by Nathalie and Alison, granddaughter and great-granddaughter of the illustrious Zöélie DAURA, who created this restaurant in 1964. In a family spirit and a skill passed down from generation to generation, they will delight your taste buds in this charming place in the heart of the village.
