Restaurant L’Oustaloun

When Marielle and Thierry took over this restaurant in 1990, they wanted to make this place in Maussane-les-Alpilles a cosy spot where guests would feel right at home.

The warm tones, trendy colours and mix of zinc, wood and slate have brought a sense of well-being and conviviality to this old building.

Chef Jérôme Sauton, who has been faithfully at the helm for over 27 years, and his team offer authentic, contemporary, inventive and creative cuisine based on fresh local produce that changes with the seasons.

On sunny days, you can enjoy the shaded terrace on the village square, lulled by the murmur of the four seasons fountain.
