The Boucherie Charles & Fils is the result of forty years’ work and two generations of conviction. It’s a modest, friendly and attentive local shop that has adapted to its surroundings while retaining its founding values.
Discover home-made charcuterie products and family recipes for ready-made meals. Ready-made meals and other delicatessen products make their way into the middle of the shop window. The catering service continues to cater for local events and other requests (weddings, christenings, birthdays, company seminars, etc.).
You’ll find products such as lamb and bull meat from Maussane, rabbit from Orgon, as well as sausages for which they have registered names: Mistral for the genuine Arles sausage, Manadier, with bull, and Arougant, pure pork. Terrines, pâtés, tinned packaged feet and caillettes complete the range of top-quality traditional delicacies.
