To mark Mother’s Day on 31 May, and indeed throughout the year, we invite you to share a family moment in the heart of our olive grove.

Moulin CastelaS is, above all, a family story, born in 1997 from the passion of Catherine and Jean-Benoît Hugues. For over 20 years, together with their daughter Émilie, they have been crafting a distinctive olive oil, respecting the terroir of the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence. Here, everything is done with heart, and every visit is a meeting.

They open the doors of the mill to you for a simple, authentic and friendly experience:

Wander freely amongst the olive trees with an immersive audio podcast tour, to gain a better understanding of the olive grower’s craft, the varieties, the harvests and the blends.
