No one is overlooked, and a blackout fence guarantees total privacy in your 200 m² garden planted with trees and flowers, and on your 50 m² terrace shaded by a pergola.
The best of this gîte: a private Jacuzzi on the terrace and your own boulodrome. The swimming pool (10×4 m, depth 1.5 m – alarm system) is shared with the owners and is accessible all year round.
Entrance via the large, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, small appliances), dining area. Comfortable living room opening onto terrace, with fireplace (closed hearth), flat-screen TV, DVD player, table soccer. Small bathroom with toilet. The washing machine is in the storeroom behind the kitchen.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with double beds (160×200), one with a very large dressing room and the other with its own private bathroom (shower/wc). A very bright and colorful children’s bedroom with 2 beds 90×190 + cot. Bathroom (bath). Separate toilet. This gîte has been tastefully and carefully furnished, with comfortable bedding.
