In a small secure residence of 9 apartments with a swimming pool in the center of Paradou with a very pleasant view of the hills, a single-story apartment of approximately 40m² comprising an entrance hall, a living room with storage cupboards, a separate equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned bedroom, and a bathroom. Outside, there is a 28m² semi-covered double terrace and a large, enclosed garden with trees, measuring 200m², which is entirely private.
The apartment has a small travel cot for babies.
A mandatory cleaning fee of €80 is payable on the day of arrival.
The apartment has free private parking at the entrance.
