The Hameau des Baux hotel is a genuine hamlet set around its Provencal village square, with its fountain and plane trees. Around this square, nature is omnipresent, and the hotel’s 27 rooms and suites are spread throughout the hamlet’s houses, most with private terraces overlooking the rose gardens, olive grove or almond fields.

The cuisine at Le Hameau des Baux is festive and celebrates the whole of the Mediterranean, from breakfast in the sunshine, indoors or out, to dinner, including the inevitable Provençal aperitif, which, depending on the evening, can be as simple as a Mezze in the Place des Platanes, or as sophisticated as a cocktail or vintage champagne on the hotel terrace overlooking the hamlet.
All around the hamlet, the 5-hectare estate abounds with activities to suit all tastes, from lounging around the swimming pool in the sun, reading on the deckchairs in the shade of the olive trees or on your private terrace, to playing sport on the hotel’s private tennis court, on our bikes through the Alpilles or in the gym equipped with equipment.
