- Provencal bull games
Camargue races or toro swimming pool at the arenas, gardian games in the streets of the village will make you discover the Provençal bullfighting and equestrian traditions. The Camarguaise Course is a bullfighting game typical of the south (in the French departments of Gard, Hérault, etc.), without killing which takes place in arenas. The razeteur attempts to use a hook to catch attributes (the cockade, the tassels, or other strings) attached to the forehead and the horns of an ox called cocardier or biòu (ox in Provençal). Each attribute has a point value but also a monetary value: the harder the attribute is to catch, the more value it will have.
