Provence is a mecca for specialty foods. Whichever season you choose to visit, our region offers the possibility of endless culinary encounters. The base of Provencal cuisine is a tasty trilogy of tomato, garlic and olive oil, which are aggregated by the essential herbs of thyme, rosemary, sage and basil.
