Charlotte welcomes you to her little haven of peace in Mouriès.

A haven of serenity dedicated to rejuvenation, self-expansion, and transformation at the heart of one’s being. A perfect place to take time for yourself: to move, breathe, recharge, explore your potential, and reconnect with yourself.

Within the studio, Charlotte has been dedicated to creating a wellness space where you can pamper yourself. She welcomes you for a gentle break: a moment of relaxation and letting go. Choose from Ayurvedic massages, energy massages, and Reiki.

Group classes:

From Monday to Friday, at various times, Charlotte offers a rich and complementary schedule of group classes: varied classes in small groups for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Workshops and masterclasses on selected themes (inversions, Ayurveda, meditation, twists, etc.) are offered occasionally throughout the year.

Private lessons for individuals or small groups (birthdays, hen parties, etc.)

Corporate lessons in the Alpilles and Crau regions.

Massages and treatments available at the studio or at home

The studio is located at the Espace Paramédical du Devenson (to the right of the accounting firm) on the D17, just outside Mouriès.

Parking is available in front of the studio.

Group Classes

€20 per class

€160 for a book of 10

And the option of a quarterly subscription for 1 or 2 classes per week

1-hour Private Classes

€60 (1 or 2 people) – Discounted rates for weekly classes

€25 per additional person

€100: 1.5 hours
