Joyeuse Provence – Workshops & private experiences

Estelle, founder of Joyeuse Provence, is here to help you organise a local exploration, an evening with friends, a romantic getaway, a family gathering, or drinks with the girls. There’s no set format or fixed menu. It’s simply about the desire to share and learn in a friendly and curious atmosphere. There are so many opportunities to treat yourself to these experiences at home, in a country house, a garden, an orchard, a mill, or at a venue chosen together. The products, content, duration and location are tailored to each group, depending on expectations, the seasons and the occasion.

-The aperitif in Provence: a way of life. A guided aperitif featuring local produce from the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence and the Alpilles (wines, cheeses, olives, oils, charcuterie, breads, sweet treats…)

-A day amongst the olive trees: harvesting, lunch, shared moments

-Everyday Provençal cuisine: a cookery workshop focusing on the essentials of the table

-A blind tasting to learn how to recognise a product
