Laeticia and Gilles Citi welcome you to the heart of the village of Les Baux, Place Louis Jean.

Come and discover and taste their Fruité Vert, Noir d’Olive old-fashioned olive oils, table olives and tapenades… from their organic orchards in the Vallée des Baux de Provence PDO.

Pure Olive cosmetics, gift boxes and decorations based on olive wood from Provence.

The Mas de Cayol also offers accommodation based in Maussane-les-Alpilles: a 2* farm gîte in the countryside with farm animals, swimming pool, terrace and air conditioning.
