Since 1877, their family has been perpetuating Provençal traditions and the ancestral cultivation of olives.

Laeticia and Gilles Citi welcome you to the heart of the village of Les Baux, Place Louis Jean.

 

Come and discover and taste, free of charge, their fruity green olive oils, matured olives, table olives and tapenades… from their organic orchards in the Vallée des Baux de Provence PDO. Decorated with the Provence theme of olive wood.

 

Gilles invites you on a tasty stroll through their organic orchards beneath the Château des Baux de Provence, where you’ll learn all about olive growing (by appointment).

 

Accommodation: 2-stars farmhouse gîte in the countryside with swimming pool, terrace and air conditioning. Equestrian facilities available.
