Nestling in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Alpilles, Domaine Jòlibois embodies authenticity and local know-how. On land bathed in sunshine and caressed by the Mistral wind, our olive trees produce exceptional organic olive oil, a reflection of our unique terroir. Each harvest is carried out by hand with passion, preserving the quality and pure essence of our olives. The estate combines ancestral traditions with respect for the environment to produce a natural oil that is balanced and rich in flavour. Domaine Jòlibois is all about love of the land, the quest for excellence and the pleasure of a healthy, authentic, local product.
Domaine Jòlibois is the fruit of the passion of a young couple, Anne-Sophie and Clément, for the Alpilles, Provence and its olive trees. When the opportunity arose to take over 240 hectares of abandoned olive groves, they took up the crazy challenge of producing an exceptional organic and PDO-certified olive oil. With the help of their team, they worked tirelessly to restore the olive trees and create a pure nectar with unique aromas.
Domaine Jòlibois offers tours of the estate, including tastings, as well as the rental of a large family house for up to 10 people.
